Shelby moved to Ottawa in 2020 following her studies in International Development at the University of Guelph. She joined Vaive and Associates in 2021 on a temporary contract but has since joined the team full-time. With most of her experience coming from the food and beverage industry, Shelby feels passionate about working in fast-paced team-based operations. Her goal is to always provide quality support for both clients and colleagues. She enjoys being the person her colleagues can lean on and is always keen to seek out new opportunities to grow.
