Haotian graduated from Carleton University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. Shortly after graduation, he joined the Vaive and Associates team as a staff accountant. Before joining the Firm, he gained experience working with other accounting firms in the Ottawa area. Haotian is currently working on pursuing his CPA designation.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and spending time with friends.
